Medication evaluation and ongoing monitoring when appropriate—including prescriptions, side‑effect monitoring, and coordination with your care team as needed.
Office-based addiction treatment
Evidence‑based treatment for opioid use disorder (including buprenorphine‑based medications when appropriate), with monitoring and recovery supports.
Telehealth services
Secure video visits when clinically appropriate and permitted by law. Telehealth can support continuity of care and reduce travel burden—especially for follow‑ups.
Telehealth follow‑ups are included in membership when clinically appropriate. Membership is billed via Stripe using your authorized payment method.
