Refund, cancellation, and no‑show policy
We aim to be fair and transparent about cancellations and refunds. This policy applies to payments made online or in the office.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We may charge a late‑cancel or no‑show fee if an appointment is missed or cancelled on short notice.
“Short notice” is any cancellation made with less than 48 business hours notice. Business hours are Monday–Friday, excluding federal, state, and local holidays.
Refunds
If you were charged in error or a refund is approved, we submit the refund to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take several business days to post a refund.
Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
