Payment terms

We accept major credit and debit cards. Online card payments are processed by Stripe, a third‑party payment processor.

Processor information

Stripe may process payment information to complete your transaction and help prevent fraud. Stripe’s processing is governed by Stripe’s own policies.

Receipts

You will receive a receipt for card payments. If you need documentation for out‑of‑network reimbursement, request a superbill.

Recurring payments

If you enroll in a recurring membership or subscription, we will disclose the amount, billing frequency, and how to cancel before you authorize recurring charges.
