These terms describe how Cerebra Care (Cerebra, LLC) provides services and handles scheduling and payments. They are for general information and don’t replace individualized clinical advice.

Services

We provide outpatient psychiatric and addiction care for adults. Services may include evaluations, follow‑up visits, medication management, and care coordination when appropriate.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled in advance. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be billed according to our posted policy.

Payments

Fees are listed on our Fees page. Payment is due at the time of service unless arrangements are made in advance.

Emergency care

We do not provide emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988.
