Do you accept insurance?
We are private‑pay (out‑of‑network). See our Fees page for pricing. We can provide a superbill for reimbursement.
How do I request an appointment?

Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, when clinically appropriate and permitted by law. We’ll confirm telehealth eligibility when scheduling.
How much is membership?
Ongoing care is typically billed as a $190/month membership. Details are on the Fees page.
How much is the initial evaluation?
The initial evaluation is $300 and is usually completed in person (limited exceptions).
